Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a pivotal role in the national economy, including the creative community of Batik Tulis Kebon Indah. However, limited digital literacy continues to constrain the optimization of marketing through online marketplaces, product photography, and digital content creation. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of members of the Batik Tulis Kebon Indah Group through digital marketing training encompassing Shopee account creation, product photography, and video content development. The program involved 15 members and was implemented through preparation, training, and evaluation stages using observation, interviews, and participant competency assessments. The evaluation revealed that only 13.33% of participants demonstrated proficiency in creating and managing digital accounts, while 86.67% still required further assistance. In contrast, competency in product photography and digital content creation reached 100%. These findings indicate that the training effectively strengthened participants’ visual and creative competencies in supporting digital promotion of batik products. Continued mentoring is therefore required to enhance participants’ proficiency in marketplace account management, enabling them to implement digital marketing strategies independently, consistently, and sustainably.
