Abstrak

ABSTRACT

PERFORMANCE OF THE OFFICE OF THE HEAD OF TUBAN VILLAGE, GONDANGREJO DISTRICT, KARANGANYAR REGENCY

Employee performance is very important in assessing the success of an agency or organization in achieving the vision and mission of an organization. Therefore it is necessary to evaluate employee performance periodically. The aim of this study was to analyze the performance of the Office of the Head of Tuban Village, Gondangrejo District, Karanganyar Regency. the research method used is qualitative and the data analysis technique used is descriptive. The unit of analysis is the individual and data collection is carried out by interviews, observation, and documentation to provide information about the results of employee performance. This study uses five theoretical indicators from Agus Dwiyanto which consist of: Productivity, Service Quality, Responsiveness, Responsibility, Accountability.

Based on the results of research on the performance of the Tuban Village Head's Office in general, its performance has been good but not optimal in terms of providing aspirational media for the community, as indicated by the following results: (1) the performance of the village head's office in terms of productivity is measured by the implementation of work programs, achievements organizational goals and main tasks and functions are good and effective, (2) the performance of the village head's office in terms of service quality is measured by the completeness of infrastructure, community satisfaction and timeliness in providing services that are good and in accordance with SOPs and have satisfied the community, ( 3) the performance of the village head's office in terms of responsiveness is measured by the availability of aspirations, the handling of problems that arise and the alertness of employees is good but not optimal in terms of the availability of aspirations in the office not many know of a suggestion box to convey their aspirations, (4) office performance village head from se Responsibilities are measured by the implementation of performance, the role of employees in responding to public complaints, and strategies to increase community satisfaction are quite good, such as empowering MSMEs, educating and outreach to the community and finally providing the best possible service when people have needs at the office head of the village of Tuban. (5) the performance of the Tuban village head's office in terms of accountability is measured by the implementation of tasks in accordance with their responsibilities, the suitability of tasks with community needs and the success rate of employees is said to be good. The suggestion for the village head's office is to further increase the media aspirations of the community.
