Abstract

Dengan penerapan indikator komunikasi yang baik, sumber daya, sikap, struktur birokrasi, lingkungan, sosial ekonomi dan budaya serta standar dan tujuan kebijakan adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas program dan tentu saja meningkatkan pencapaian partisipasi masyarakat. Seiring dengan perubahan paradigma orang berpikir bahwa kebutuhan kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa sebagai pemberdayaan masyarakat.
