PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN, MOTIVASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA PT ANGKASA PURA I (PERSERO) BANDAR UDARA ADI SOEMARMO BOYOLALI
Abstract
The primary authority in charge of air travel services, PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero), is located inside the Ministry of Air Transportation and is known as Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN). PT Angkasa Pura I's remit includes oversight of Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport (Persero). Improving productivity at PT Angkasa Pura I (PerseroAdi )'s Soemarmo Boyolali Airport is the driving force behind this research. The purpose of this research is to determine how much of an impact the work environment, worker motivation, and organizational discipline have on the productivity of workers at PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. The total number of workers surveyed for this research was 103. Methods based on clusters of interview responses and further fieldwork were used. Multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination are used to analyze the data. T-test findings indicated that worker productivity was significantly influenced by workplace conditions but not by individual factors like motivation or discipline in the workplace.
