Abstract

Mbak Maya's Tofu Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Jebres Surakarta is an individual-owned business with private business capital by the owner where this business is engaged in the food industry which produces a tofu product. This study was made with the aim of analyzing the optimization of supply chain performance and the optimal impact of supply chain management in optimizing supply at Mbak Maya's Tahu MSMEs in Jebres Surakarta. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data source used is the acquisition of data in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the management of the tofu supply chain at Mbak Maya's Tahu MSMEs in Jebres Surakarta which involves soybean agents, Mbak Maya's Tofu MSMEs in Jebres Surakarta and consumers has been carried out well. Supply chain management at Mbak Maya's Tahu MSME in Jebres Surakarta has been going quite well, this can be seen from the transaction aspect, policy support, and capital aspect which are considered to have gone very well. Elements of chain resources have been running well, starting from human resources, technological resources and capital resources, so that the production of Mbak Maya's Tahu Mbak in Jebres Surakarta every day runs well. The chain business process element is an element that is considered optimal, because it is the key in Mbak Maya's Tahu MSME in Jebres Surakarta, this is because smooth production and smooth marketing can occur if business relationships between supply chain members have good trust.
