Abstrak
Era kebangkitan konsumerisme telah nyata baik secara global maupun nasional dengan dikeluarkannya Undang-undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Demokratisasi dan penguatan hak-hak sipil warga negara menjadikan konsumen berkehendak keras memperbaiki bergaining powernya di hadapan pelaku usaha dan pemerintah. Sudah bukan jamannya lagi pelaku usaha menempuh segala cara yang tidak jujur, mereka bisa digugat melalui class action.
Kata kunci : Bergaining power konsumen.
