Abstract
Koperasi aktif, pasif dan beku adalah konsep administrasi yang digunakan oleh Dinas Koperasi untuk mengkategorikan koperasi berdasarkan kinerjanya. Namun atas perbedaan ketiga kategori tersebut tidak menyebabkan perbedaan akibat hukum artinya bagi koperasi yang diklasifikasikan pasif karena tidak pernah melaksanakan rapat anggota tidak menyebabkan koperasi yang bersangkutan kehilanagan status badan hukumnya, demikian juga bagi koperasi beku. Padahal apabila dikaji menurut UU Perkoperasian kedua klasifikasi koperasi tersebut tidak memenuhi kriteria sebagai koperasi berbadan hokum.
