Abstrak
Perkembangan kejahatan dewasa ini tidak lagi hanya sebatas teritorial suatu negara melainkan sudah melampaui batas teritorial dan bahkan sudah menimbulkan dampak terhadap dua negara atau lebih serta sudah memiliki lingkup dan jaringan internasional. Peradilan pidana berdasarkan KUHAP Tahun 1981 harus mampu menjadi suatu sistem yang mampu menjadi landasan hukum guna mengantisipasi perkembangan kejahatan yang semakin canggih.
