PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP SEMANGAT KERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KOPERASI, USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH KABUPATEN BIMA
Abstract
This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of organizational climate on employee morale at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency. The research instrument used is a questionnaire which contains a number of statements with a Likert scale measurement. The population used is all employees at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency as many as 51 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a sample size of 30 civil servants. Data collection techniques used in this research are observation, documentation, literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results of the study show that the organizational climate affects employee morale at the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Bima Regency. The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on employee morale is 53.1%.
