Maka. mereka yang memiliki pendidikan memperoleh pengetahuan tentang yang tidak diketahui, memungkinkan mereka untuk menciptakan identitas mereka sendiri. PUDAM Tirta Lawu Karanganyar dituntut untuk dapat melakukan segala upaya perbaikan dan penyempurnaan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan air minum yang telah menjadi kebutuhan bagi masyarakat banyak. Penelitan ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis factor kemampuan kerja, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PUDAM Tirta Lawu Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 227 karyawan, kemudian diambel sampel 145 karyawan degan teknik proporsional claster random sampling. Teknik analisi data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisiensi determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PUDAM Tirta Lawu Karanganayar. Kompensasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PUDAM Tirta lawu karanganyar. The purpose of this study was to determine the relevance of the influence of work stress and motivation on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Karanganyar Branch employees. This research combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Obtaining data in the form of primary data and secondary data constitutes the data source. In this study, the population consisted of 56 PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Karanganyar Branch employees, hence a complete sample or census of 56 employees will be taken. This study employed descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, the t-test, the F-test (simultaneous test), and the determination coefficient test as its technique of analysis. This study indicates that work stress has no significant impact on the performance of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Karanganyar Branch personnel. Motivation has a substantial impact on PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Karanganyar Branch personnel. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. This research uses a survey method conducted at the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. The type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data, the data source uses primary and secondary data obtained from the answers to questionnaires distributed to employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. The sample of this research is the employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat, totaling 31 people using the census technique where all members of the population are sampled. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test. The results showed that work discipline has no significant effect on the performance of employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of salary, motivation, and work environment on the performance of Surakarta City Transportation Service personnel. This research employs both qualitative and quantitative methods. There are two types of data sources utilized to get information: primary data and secondary data. The overall population for this study consisted of 150 employees of the Surakarta City Transportation Service; hence, a stratified random sample of 105 employees would be taken. This study indicates that salary has a substantial impact on the performance of Surakarta City Transportation Service personnel.
