Jenis penelitian<br />ini adalah Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat RSUD Kabupaten<br />Bima sejumlah 267 perawat. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga<br />diperoleh sampel sejumlah 75 responden. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear<br />berganda. Jenis penelitian ini<br />adalah Asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai sejumlah 53<br />pegawai. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh<br />sampel sejumlah 32 responden. Teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear<br />berganda. Instrumen dalam penelitian menggunakan kuesioner dengan<br />skala Likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 248 pegawai yang terdiri dari PNS 40 orang, UPT<br />111 orang, Honor daerah 23 orang, dan pegawai tidak tetap 74 orang. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian<br />ini sebanyak 45 orang PNS dengan PNS dengan teknik sampling digunakan yaitu tekhnik purposive<br />sampling. Tekhnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dokumentasi.<br />Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realiblitas, uji regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi<br />klasik, uji koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji f dengan bantuan spss versi 23 for<br />windows. The type of research used is quantitative. The<br>variables of this research include price, service quality, location and Purchase Decision.<br>The population of this study are customers who had already Umrah or Hajj using the<br>services of Sahabat Tour &amp; Travel's Umrah and Hajj travel agency. The sample used in<br>this study were 40 respondents, they are customers who had already Umrah or Hajj using<br>the services of Sahabat Tour &amp; Travel's Umrah and Hajj travel agency in 2022. The<br>sampling technique was taken using random sampling and the data collection method<br>used questionnaire (questionnaire). The data analysis used is descriptive statistical<br>analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test,and Coefficient of<br>Determination Test (R2).The data in this study were processed using SPSS 25 for<br>Windows. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that the variables of<br>price, service quality and location each have a partially significant effect on purchasing<br>decisions of consumers of Sahabat Tour &amp; Travel's Umrah and Hajj travel agency. This study uses a sample of 38 banking<br>companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021 with a total of 114 data<br>collected. The independent variabel in this study is concertrated ownership structure, the<br>composition of the board of commissionares, while the dependent variabel is the financial<br>performance. The data analysis methode used in this study is multiple linier regression to<br>test the effect of the independen variable on the dependent variable.The results of this<br>study indicate that the concertrated ownership structure have a positive and significant<br>effect on financial performance, while the composition of the board of commissioners has<br>a negative and significant effect on financial performance.<br>Keyword : concertrated ownership structure, the composition of the board of<br>commissioners, and financial performance.</p> Sarsiti Copyright (c) 2023 Sarsiti http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2023-01-04 2023-01-04 16 2 https://ejurnal.unisri.ac.id/index.php/Manajemen/article/view/8294 <p>The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of work motivation and work<br>discipline variables on the performance of Gojek drivers in Karanganyar. The population<br>in this study are all Gojek drivers in Karanganyar whose number cannot be known with<br>certainty. The number of samples used were 96 drivers and determined using the Slovin<br>formula. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The type of data is primary<br>data, where the data collection method uses a questionnaire given to the drivers<br>encountered. Data analysis techniques include multiple linear regression, t test, F test and<br>the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of data analysis show that motivation<br>and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of Gojek drivers in<br>Karanganyar, both partially and simultaneously.
