Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The article has not been published or is not being considered for publication in another journal
  • Article in the microsoft word format
  • The reference is in the latest APA Style using Mendeley

Author Guidelines

  • Articles submitted to be published in the Jurnal Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (JAMASADA) are to be original and have not been published or accepted for publication in other journals. The submitted manuscript is not indicated to contain elements of plagiarism.
  • The types of articles received can be research reports (laboratory, field, archive), conceptual ideas, studies, and the application of theory. JAMASADA journal also accepts material in book reviews. The reviewed book should be a new issue or another book that has a significant impact on the development of science and has not been adequately reviewed in other journals.

  • The number of words in the article for the JAMASADA Journal is sent to journal emails in the range of 5,000-8,000 words.
  • The article must be presented in English.
  • The abstract must be presented in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Authors must write the article in English language standards.
  • Articles are written must use Microsoft Word computer application program with an A4 paper format, Palatino Linotype with 12 point font size, space (1.5). Left margin, top, right, and bottom respectively 3 cm.
  • The first page of the article contains the article title, author's full name, email address, professional status, and author's institution name.
  •  The second page contains the title, abstract (maximum of 150 words), including keywords, with notes
  • The next section contains an Introduction, and Discussion or other relevant topics, than Conclusions and References including attachments if any. Title and Paragraph are not numbered. If the any of subtitle, make in italic form.
  •  Citation Writing used in the JAMASADA Journal may select one of the citation models applicable to international standard citation systems or those used in writing with a consistent note on a single citation model. The editor does not tolerate the use of two or more citation models in a single journal article in JAMASADA.
