PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP LOYALITAS PEGAWAI PADA DINAS PERHUBUNGAN KOTA BIMA
Abstract
This research is an associative research that aims to determine the effect of organizational
climate on employee loyalty at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima. This
research was conducted at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima. The
research instrument used was a questionnaire containing a number of statements using a
Likert scale measurement. The population used is all employees at the Department of
Transportation of the City of Bima as many as 190 employees. The sampling technique used
purposive sampling with a sample of 34 civil servants. Data collection techniques used in
this study were observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The data analysis
technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression, correlation
coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test. The results of the study indicate that the
organizational climate has an effect on employee loyalty at the Department of Transportation
of the City of Bima. The magnitude of the influence of organizational climate on employee
loyalty at the Department of Transportation of the City of Bima is 73.5%.
