PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL, QUALITY OF WORK LIFE, DAN SPIRITUALITAS DI TEMPAT KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI MOTIVASI KERJA
(Studi Kasus pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Pekalongan)
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to 1) analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance 2) analyze the effect of internal communication on work motivation, 3) analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance, 4) analyze the effect of quality of work life on employee performance, 5) analyze the effect of quality of work life on work motivation, 6) analyze the influence of spirituality at work on employee performance, 7) analyze the influence of spirituality at work on work motivation, 8) analyze the effect of internal communication on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator, 9) analyze the effect of quality of work life on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator 10) analyze the influence of spirituality at work on employee performance with work motivation as a mediator. Respondents in this study were 84 employees. The respondents are teachers who are not civil servants and 84 people are sympathetic application operators at the Ministry of Religion Office of Pekalongan Regency. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. The data analysis used in this research is partial least square analysis. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that work motivation, quality of work life and spirituality in the workplace affect performance, quality of work life on work motivation, while internal communication has no effect on work motivation and performance and spirituality at work on work motivation. Work motivation is only able to mediate the effect of quality of work life, while internal communication and spirituality at work cannot be mediated.
