ANALISIS PENGARUH SUKU BUNGA, PROMOSI, DAN AGUNAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH DALAM PENGAMBILAN KREDIT DI BPR ASWAJA PONOROGO

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous effect of interest rate, promotion, and collateral variables on customer decisions in taking credit at Bank BPR Aswaja, Ponorogo. And to find out from the three research variables, namely interest rates, promotions, and collateral, the variables that have a dominant influence on customer decisions in taking credit at Bank BPR Aswaja Ponorogo.

 

The population in this study are all customers who take credit at BPR Aswaja Ponorogo in 2021, totaling 960 people. The research sample was 91 respondents. This study used a sample collection technique with accidental sampling and purposive sampling methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which serves to prove the research hypothesis, using the SPSS for windows version 23.0 application. The analysis includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test. From the results of multiple regression analysis shows that the variables of interest rates, promotions, and collateral have a partial and simultaneous influence on customer decisions in taking credit at BPR Aswaja Ponorogo. While the dominant variable is the interest rate.
