Abstract

The development of the national economy has an impact on improving people's welfare.
The economic condition of a country is really experiencing an extraordinary battle, so
companies have difficulty predicting. The important thing that employees in the company pay
attention to is the issue of wages and salaries. The company in running the company has and
provided work facilities to motivate employees in carrying out their work and other demands
that can improve employee performance are a leadership style that can be a motor and
encouragement for employees at work. Employee performance is a must in the company so
that it is easy to carry out its activities to provide services to the general public.
The problem is whether the factors of salary, work facilities and leadership style
partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch? Of
the three factors, namely the salary factor, work facilities and leadership style, which factor
has the most dominant influence on employee performance at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch.
This study aims to determine partially and simultaneously the variables of salary, work
facilities, and leadership style on employee performance at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch. And
to find out from the three research variables, namely salary, work facilities, and leadership
style, the variables that have a dominant influence on employee performance at Bank Jatim
Madiun Branch.
The population in this study were all employees of Bank Jatim Madiun Branch with a
total of 79 people, who had been working at Bank Jatim Madiun Branch. The research sample
was 66 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis technique
using SPSS version 19.0 application which consists of validity test, reliability test, classical
assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, and F test.
The results of multiple regression analysis show that the variables of salary, work
facilities and leadership style have a partial and simultaneous influence on the performance
of company employees at Bank Jatim, Madiun Branch. While the dominant influencing
variable is salary.
