PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DENGAN KEDISIPLINAN SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERATING

The purpose of this study was determine (1) To analizy the significance off the effect of
compensation on the performance of contract employees at the Environmental Service of Grobogan
Regency, (2) To analizy the significance off the influence of leadership style on the performance of
contract employees at the Environmental Service of Grobogan Regency, (3) To analizy the effect of
discipline in moderating compensate on the performance of contract employees at the Environmental
Service of Grobogan Regency, (4) To analizy the effect of discipline in moderating the influence of
leadershipstyle on the performance of contract employees at the Environmental Service of Grobogan
Regency.
This research was conducted at the enviromental service of Grobogan Regency. The
population in this study were all contract employees at the Enviromental Service of Grobogan
Regency with a total 260 people. In this study, the sampels taken 72 people. The object of the research
is compensation, leadership style, compensation moderatod by discipline on employee performance
adan leadership moderated by discipline on employee performance. The results showed that
compensation had no significant effect on employee perfomance. Meanwhile, leadership styles has a
significant efffect on employee performance. The results also prove that discipline moderatos the
influence of leadership style on employee performance.
