Abstract

ABSTRACT

This study aims to determine the effect, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the RSU. Sarila Husada Sragen in the nursing unit with a population of 119 nurses. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire through the test of validity and reliability. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test previously performed classical assumption test. From the results of the validity test showed that the research instrument was declared valid. The reliability test results are stated reliably. From the classical assumption test shows that the research instrument was declared to pass the multicollinearity test, pass the hiteroskedasticity test, pass the autocorrelation test and the normality test. The results of the research analysis show that organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the RSU. Sarila Husada Sragen in the nursing unit.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh, komitmen organisasi, organizational citizenship behavior (ocb)dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan RSU. Sarila Husada Sragen di unit keperawatan dengan jumlah populasi 119 perawat. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner melalui uji validitas dan reliabilita. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, Uji F dan Uji R2yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji asunsi klasik. Dari hasil uji validitas menunjukan bahwa instrument penelitian dinyatakan valid. Hasil uji reliabilitas dinyakatan reliabel. Dari uji asumsi klasik menunjukan bahwa instrument penelitian dinyatakan lolos uji multikolinearitas, lolos uji hiteroskedastisitas, lolos uji autokorelasi dan uji normalitas. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukan bahwa komitmen organisasi,organizational citizenship behavior (ocb)dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan RSU. Sarila Husada Sragen di unit keperawatan.
