Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini menggambarkan kinerja BKP2D dalam menangani pelanggaran disipliner terhadap pegawai negeri sipil di pemerintah Kabupaten Boyolali. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di BKP2D Kabupaten Boyolali. Alat data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Pengujian validitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi.
