Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Bima
Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership on employee performance at the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services Bima Regency. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The number of samples in this study were 41 respondents. The instrument used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the t-count value is 7.536 while the t-table value is 1.684. These results indicate that the value (t-count > t-table), then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that leadership has a significant influence on employee performance at the Department of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, Bima Regency.
