PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PEGAWAI PADA KANTOR INSPEKTORAT KABUPATEN BIMA
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and organizational climate on employee job satisfaction at the Inspectorate Office of Bima Regency. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The population in the study amounted to 93 employees with a sample of 75 civil servants. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis technique used was validity test and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, T test, and F test by processing using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that compensation (X1) and organizational climate (X2) simultaneously (simultaneously) significantly affect employee job satisfaction at the Bima Regency Inspectorate Office.
