PENGARUH KOMPENSASI, ASURANSI TENAGA KERJA DAN JAMINAN HARI TUA TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN DI PT. KAYU ALAM MAKMUR PONOROGO
Abstract
PT Kayu Alam Makmur Ponorogo is a company engaged in the production and trade of furniture products. The existence and smooth production is something that is highly guarded by the company. In order for this to run optimally, the company must always maintain the job satisfaction of its employees. Starting from the thought above, a research was conducted on compensation, labor insurance and old-age insurance on employee job satisfaction at PT. Natural Wood Prosperous Ponorogo. The aims of this study are 1. To determine the compensation factor, labor insurance and old-age insurance partially affect employee job satisfaction, 2. To determine the compensation factor, labor insurance and old-age insurance simultaneously affect employee job satisfaction, 3 Of the three factors, namely the compensation factor, labor insurance and old-age insurance, we want to know which has the most dominant influence on employee job satisfaction. The regression coefficient of the compensation variable is known to be 0.430. This shows that the relationship between the two variables is positive or unidirectional, meaning that if compensation increases, employee job satisfaction will increase as well. The regression coefficient of the labor insurance variable is known to be 0.270. This shows that the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that if the labor insurance is getting better, the employee's job satisfaction will increase. The regression coefficient of the old-age insurance variable is known to be 0.262. This shows that the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that if the old age insurance increases, employee job satisfaction will increase. While the dominant variable that affects employee job satisfaction is the promotion of compensation. Thus, the leadership of the company PT Kayu Alam Makmur Ponorogo should pay more attention and concentrate on the issue of compensation, labor insurance and old-age insurance to make or increase employee job satisfaction more enthusiastic and work more optimally in the company.
