PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING PASUKAN KUNING PADA DINAS LINGKUNGAN HIDUP KABUPATEN PONOROGO
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to annul the significance of leadership style and organizational commitment to work discipline with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Yellow Force of the Environment Agency of Ponorogo Regency. The benefits of research can be practically used as a material for management decision making in improving the discipline of yellow troop work and academically can increase knowledge especially about the development of human resource management in general. The populations in this study were all of the Yellow Forces of the Environmental Agency of Ponorogo Regency as many as 177 people. In this study using the census method. This research data is primary data by filling out the questionnaire by respondents. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of a validity test and a reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Then the t test, F test, R2 test, hypothesis test are performed. The analysis technique uses linear regression, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on work discipline and job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of organizational commitment on Yellow Force work discipline at the Environmental Agency of Ponorogo Regency.
