Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of the quality of service to the
satisfaction of the patient's inpatient care either directly or through the
mediation of perception Public Hospital patients in the area Sogaten the city
of Madiun. Sample taken based on random sampling of 10% of the
population of 96. Engineering data collection using the questionnaire through
the test validity and reliability. Analytical techniques through the analysis of
the path (path) with a classic assumption test. Of the validity of the test
results, the research instrument of the variable quality of service, patient
satisfaction and patient perception. Reliability test result is reliability. From a
classic assumption test, test, test multicolinearity escape heteroscedastisity
passes test, test and qualify autocorrelation normality test passes. The
results of the analysis show that significant effect against service quality
satisfaction of the patient. Quality of service effect significantly to perceptions
of patients. The patient's perception of the effect significantly to patient
satisfaction. The patient does not mediate the perception of service quality
towards the satisfaction of inpatients in a general hospital area of Sogaten
Town of Madiun.
