Abstract

Employee performance plays a very important role in an organization, because employee performance is the final result of the employee's work process in carrying out their duties, with there are still employees who are not on time in carrying out their duties and responsibilities so that they can affect the performance of employees of the Procurement of Goods and Services (BPBJ) Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. This research uses a survey method conducted at the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. The type of data uses qualitative and quantitative data, the data source uses primary and secondary data obtained from the answers to questionnaires distributed to employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. The sample of this research is the employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat, totaling 31 people using the census technique where all members of the population are sampled. Data collection techniques with observation and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used in this study are multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test. The results showed that work discipline has no significant effect on the performance of employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat. Work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees of the BPBJ Office of the Surakarta Regional Secretariat.
