PERBANDINGAN PENERAPAN SISTEM JAMINAN SOSIAL PADA UNDANG-UNDANG NOMOR. 40 TAHUN 2004 DENGAN PROGRAM PT TASPEN (PERSERO)
Abstrak
Social security is one form of social protection to guarantee all of the people, so that they can fulfill their basic needs properly. To give social security comprehensively,the government develops National Social Security System, which is regulated on Law No 40 of 2004, as embodiment mandate from UUD 1945. To hold social security, Social Security Provider (BPJS) is formed based on Law No 24 of 2011. Implementation of Social Security Provider (BPJS) Ketenagakerjaan is giving authority for PT Jamsostek (Persero), PT Taspen (Persero), and PT Asabri (Persero) to transform theirselves. To decrease the problems that are appeared while activating BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, study and comparison between Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional with many programs, that are under managed by PT Taspen (Persero), are needed. This research uses statutory provision which is applied and special towards to many programs that are under managed by PT Taspen (Persero). This law comparison must be done to avoids implication or negative effects from application of National Social Security System towards to many programs that are under managed by PT Taspen (Persero).
