cases discussed are: Cases of domestic violence are generally reported by victims
within a relatively long period of time. In addition, there are difficulties in asking
witnesses for statements because in general the culture of the community does not
want to interfere in other people's household affairs. For some members of the
community to interfere in other people's household affairs, especially those
involving legal issues, is considered inappropriate. Another obstacle is the difficulty
of obtaining information from victims who have severe trauma.
