PELAKSANAAN PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA RINGAN TENTANG PENGENDALIAN DAN PENGAWASAN PEREDARAN MINUMAN BERALKOHOL DI POLRES SRAGEN SEKTOR SUMBER LAWANG

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the
investigation of minor crimes concerning the control and supervision of the
circulation of alcoholic beverages and to find out the problems that arise in the
implementation of the investigation of minor crimes concerning the control and
supervision of the circulation of alcoholic beverages at the Sragen Police Station,
Sumber Lawang Sector and the resolution efforts. The type of research used is
juridical empirical. The nature of the research is descriptive.. Data collection
techniques used documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique used
descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that the process of
investigating criminal acts of minor crimes selling illegal liquor carried out by
Sragen Police investigators includes actions, handling of crime scenes,
confiscation, examination of suspects and examination of witnesses as well as
delegation of case files and responsibility for suspects and evidence to the
prosecutor. General. Investigators did not summon and detain suspects. Problems
and obstacles encountered in the minor crime of selling illegal liquor at the Sragen
Police such as the lack of investigators, lack of infrastructure, relatively large
operational costs, evidence that is easily removed and the difficulty of obtaining
witnesses. Efforts to overcome this are carried out by adding personnel, adding
transportation facilities, conducting intensive inspections so that evidence is not
easily removed and providing education to the public to dare to be witnesses.
