PELAKSANAAN PENEGAKKAN DISIPLIN KERJA PADA PEGAWAI BALAI PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS II KLATEN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PEMERINTAH NOMOR 94 TAHUN 2021 TENTANG DISIPLIN PEGAWAI NEGERI SIPIL

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the enforcement of disciplinary sanctions
against the State Civil Apparatus in the Class II Klaten Correctional Center.
Analyze the obstacles that occur in the enforcement of disciplinary sanctions
against the State Civil Apparatus in the Class II Klaten Correctional Center.Civil
Service Discipline Regulations are made in the framework of the construction of
civil servants. The construction is directed so that civil servants as state apparatus,
state servants, public servants can carry out their duties properly and faithfully and
obedience to Pancasila. Civil servants who are aware of their responsibilities are
civil servants who carry out all the obligations imposed and avoid the prohibitions
imposed by the government.The method of approach in this writing is sociological
juridical. The specifications of this study use descriptive. Data sources use primary
data and skunder data. Data collection techniques use interview studies and
document studies. To analyze the data, researchers use qualitative descriptive
analysis methods.
The enforcement of sanctions against the state civil apparatus in the Class II
Klaten Correctional Center is carried out according to the rules that have been set.
The rules are outlined in Government Regulation No. 94 of 2021 on Civil Servant
Discipline. The mechanism includes if there is a violation, it will be called against
the State Civil Apparatus. The summons is intended to be carried out the
examination process by the Examination Team that is higher rank than the person
examined. After the examination is carried out and proven wrongdoing, the State
Civil Apparatus in question is sentenced, especially for the type of light disciplinary
punishment consisting of verbal reprimands, written reprimands, and statements of
dissatisfaction in writing.The inhibiting factors in the enforcement of disciplinary
sanctions for the state civil apparatus in the Class II Klaten Correctional Center are
the lack of enforcement provided by the competent authorities due to the limited/
lack of supervision facilities and infrastructure, lack of disciplinary awareness of
the State Civil Apparatus, and the limited quantity and quality of human resources
of the State Civil Apparatus itself.
