(Studi Kasus Di Kecamatan Ngemplak Kabupaten Boyolali)
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the dual function rules of ASN
being elected as BPD members and the consequences for ASN according to Law
no. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages and Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning ASN case
studies in Ngemplak District, Boyolali Regency.
The method in this research is juridical-normative legal research that
examines the implementation or implementation of legal provisions, using
deductive method analysis to analyze statutory regulations, which will later be
described verbally.
The results showed that there was a legal vacuum and legal
ineffectiveness (no syncrosization) of the BPD filling rules regulated in Law No.
6 of 2014 concerning Villages that obtain ASN to occupy them, so that ASN has a
dual function considering that ASN is regulated in Law No. 5 of 2014.
