RASIONALITAS PEMILIH PEMULA DALAM PILKADA 2025 DAN IMPLIKASINYA PADA CIVIC RESPONSIBILITY (Studi di RW 04 Kelurahan Sangkrah)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi bentuk rasionalitas pemilih pemula dalam
Pilkada 2024, serta (2) menganalisis implikasinya terhadap civic responsibility di RW 04
Kelurahan Sangkrah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik
pengumpulan data melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan
dipilih secara purposive yaitu pemilih pemula, Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS), dan tokoh
masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemilih pemula mengambil keputusan
secara sadar dan rasional, dengan mempertimbangkan visi-misi, rekam jejak calon, serta
kepentingan personal dan kolektif. Temuan ini relevan dengan teori Pilihan Rasional oleh
James Coleman. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif tokoh masyarakat dan sikap legowo dari tim
sukses yang kalah mencerminkan nilai-nilai civic responsibility dalam kehidupan demokratis.
