This research was conducted at Kebakkramat. The research subjects were sub-district head, PKUB Kebakkramat members and religious leaders. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection is through interviews, observation, and documentation. Test the validity of the data is to use source triangulation and method triangulation. The data analysis technique is through interactive descriptive analysis techniques by means of data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions.</p> <p>The results of the study can be concluded that 1) the life of religious tolerance in the concept of national integration has been going well. Religious adherents have carried out their religious teachings well, they tolerate and respect each other; 2) the supporting factor in the realization of inter-religious harmony is the awareness possessed by adherents of religions to carry out their respective religious teachings and religious leaders emphasize each other about religious life in a harmonious community environment. The government fosters a life of religious diversity. PROTECDA KREASI PRIMA KABUPATEN WONOSOBO https://ejurnal.unisri.ac.id/index.php/glbctz/article/view/9805 <p><em>The state is&nbsp; responsible for respecting, protecting and fulfilling the rights of citizens, including groups with disabilities.&nbsp; One of the rights of groups with disabilities is the right to get employment opportunities.&nbsp; However, in reality there are still groups with disabilities whose rights to work opportunities have not been fulfilled.&nbsp; This study analyzes the empowerment of disabled workers conducted by PT.&nbsp; Protecda Kreasi Prima as an effort to fulfill the right to work opportunities for people with deaf disabilities.&nbsp; This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The brain-based learning method is very interesting because optimizing brain work can be started in a simple way. Educators' knowledge of fundamental questions about "what is good for a child's brain?" is the essence of applying this learning method. This is research that uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method. The process of data analysis is done through reduction, display, verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study state that the Brain-Based Learning Method with cybernetic learning theory is an innovative alternative in Civics subjects, so that learning is more efficient and fun. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a research design using the Kemmis &amp; Taggart spiral model. The research was carried out in 3 cycles where each cycle consisted of 3 meetings. Each cycle is carried out through 4 stages of activity, namely planning, implementing actions, observing (observation), and reflecting. The success criterion set in the research is 60%. The results showed that in cycle I the level of student learning independence increased from the initial condition of an average value of 23% to 49% but had not yet reached the established success criteria. Cycle I then made improvements to continue in cycle II. After the repairs were made, there was an increase in cycle II which increased by 9% to 58% but also did not reach the specified success criteria. Improvements were made again in cycle II to be continued in cycle III. Learning models that are less interactive and innovative are one of the reasons students have low learning motivation. This study aims to analyze the use of learning media with the mentimeter application in Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects at SMA Plus Merdeka Soreang on student motivation. The research sample was taken from 30 students of Merdeka Soreang Plus High School who took Pancasila and Citizenship Education Subjects. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, tests, questionnaires, and documentation. The results showed changes in the increase in results and learning motivation between before and after treatment. The average learning outcomes increased from 46.87 to 70.62 with a percentage increase of 50.67%. In addition, an increase also occurred in indicators of student motivation during the learning process. The application of the meter application provides a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. Ethics is a system of values ​​or moral norms that serve as guidelines for a person or group of people to behave and act. The application of Pancasila in life can be said to be still not fully implemented. There are still various deviations from Pancasila values. Deviations that can still be seen clearly are forest fires. Various irresponsible human actions such as cutting down trees on a large scale and throwing cigarette butts carelessly are the causes of forest fires. The importance of forests for the survival of life is one of the important factors for the need for forest protection. Humans are required to have good ethics and are in harmony with the nation's ideology. The ethical crisis in the millennial era is becoming an increasingly deep and complex problem. Various factors, such as the influence of globalization, technological progress, and social change, have shaped the context of individual behavior and weakened basic moral values. In this context, this review examines the importance of citizenship education as the main solution for forming individual character and social ethics in the millennium era. This study discusses the concept of citizenship education, the role of educational institutions and the challenges faced in realizing civic values ​​in education. Proses perumusan Pancasila melibatkan berbagai perdebatan, dan akhirnya, Pancasila diadopsi sebagai dasar negara. Oleh karena itu, sebagai warga negara Indonesia, kita memiliki kewajiban untuk menghormati kontribusi besar para pahlawan yang telah membentuk falsafah ini, yang berperan dalam menyatukan Indonesia yang beragam dengan berbagai suku, agama, ras, dan adat istiadat. Pancasila terbukti memiliki kebenaran sehingga mampu mempersatukan masyarakat bangsa indonesia (Sari &amp; Najicha, 2022). Maka dari itu, Pancasila seharusnya dianggap sebagai panduan dan falsafah hidup bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Di tengah era globalisasi ini, sebaiknya masyarakat Indonesia mengadopsi Pancasila sebagai "cara hidup" atau pandangan hidup mereka, karena Pancasila memiliki kemampuan untuk berintegrasi dengan nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam era globalisasi saat ini (Pratama &amp; Najicha, 2022).</p> <p>Indonesia adalah negara kepulauan yang memiliki keragaman budaya, dan ini memberikan tantangan dalam penyelenggaraan negara. Kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi juga telah memengaruhi peradaban global. Setiap perkembangan ini membawa dampak positif dan negatif. Salah satu dampak negatifnya adalah degradasi moral di kalangan bangsa Indonesia, yang sebagian disebabkan oleh perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi. Strategi penelitian ini menggunakan strategi studi kasus tunggal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini antara lain pemilik sanggar, pelatih sanggar, peserta tari, orang tua peserta tari. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu teknis data kegiatan, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.</p> <p>Hasil Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: 1) Pelaksanaan penanaman karakter cinta tanah air seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi melalui kegiatan menari dengan percaya diri dihadapan banyak orang, berdoa sebelum memulai kegiatan tari, mempelajari nilai-nilai budaya; 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan seni tari di Sanggar Ngandhong Cinawi berupa latihan rutin yang diadakan setiap Sabtu pada pukul 16.00 dengan guru tari, materi tari yang sesuai, pelatihan dan evaluasi serta guru tari yang profesional. This article uses a normative research method, and uses a statutory approach. The provisions limiting the authority to make this exoneration clause have not been explicitly regulated. The only provision is the UUPK, although it uses the term standard clause which turns out to be different in meaning from the exoneration clause. In this case the standard clause is defined as a clause made unilaterally by the business actor, but its contents may not lead to an exoneration clause. Meanwhile, the exoneration clause as explained earlier is a clause that contains an attempt to limit, or even completely eliminate, the responsibility that should be borne by one of the parties, in this case the business actor.
