Abstract

This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of job
satisfaction and organizational commitment towards psychological climate.
Analyze the significance of the influence of job satisfaction, organizational
commitment and psychological climate against Organization Citizenship
Behavior. Analyse the influence of job satisfaction and psychological climate
against Organization Citizenship Behavior that is mediated by the
commitment of the organization. The population in this study are all
employees of PT Tyfountex Indonesia staff of 91 people. The number of
samples in this research as much as 91 employees, so it is a research
census. Methods of data collection were used: questionnaire. Technique of
data analysis used the test of validity, reliability test, test the assumptions of
classical, and path analysis. The results of the analysis of the data obtained
conclusions that: job satisfaction and psychological climate effect significantly
to organizational commitment. Job satisfaction, organizational commitment
and psychological climate effect significantly to Organization citizenship
behavior of employees. Mediate the influence of organizational commitment
job satisfaction and psychological climate against Organization citizenship
behavior.
