PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN DAERAH KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO

Work performance is importance issue since the measurement of organizational
success is the degree of work performance. Objective of this research is
studying the influence of leadership, work environment, and work motivation
toward civil servants’ work performance in Sukoharjo Regency Employment
Agency. Population of this study is all employees working in Sukoharjo Regency
Employee Agency. Total number of the employee are 41. Quantitative research
methodology was employed in this study. Regression statistical techniques using
simple as well as multiple regression was used to test the hypothesis. Data
showed that leadership and work environment simultaneously influenced work
performance. Work environtment and work motivation also found simultaneously
to have influence upon work performance. Based on F test research result
indicated that leadership, work environment, and work motivation have
simultaneously influence toward work performance. It also showed that R2 is
0.949, it means that 94.9% of civil servants’ work performance in Sukoharjo
Regency Employment Agency explained by leadership, work environtment, and
work motivation simultaneously.
