PENYELESAIAN PELANGGARAN ADMINISTRASI PADA PEMILIHAN UMUM DI KABUPATEN PONOROGO

Abstrak

The background of this research is due to administrative election violations
that occurred during the 2019 Election in Ponorogo. Election Administrative
violations often occur during the Election, even though Bawasluand KPU have
conducted socialization to reducethe number ofElection administrative violation.
In accordance with Bawaslu Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning the
Settlement of Eletion Administrative Violations, Election administrative
violations fall under the authority of Bawaslu, Provincial Bawaslu, and
regency/City bawaslu.
The aim of the research is to find out how to resolve administrative
Election violations based on Bawaslu Regulation Number 8 of 2018 concerning
Resolution of Election Administrative Violation. This is to find out how to resolve
administrative Election violations according to positive law.
The research method used is a qualitative method and the type of field
research. Data colletion techniques used in this study were observation,
interviews, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification.
The results of this study indicate that ; 1) The settlement of administrative
violations for the 2019 Election in Ponorogo was carried out through a written
warning which was a Bawaslu decision for APK violators but still not obeyed. 2)
Obstacles to resolving administrative violations for the 2019 Election Election in
Ponorogo Regency occur in the lack of uniform understanding of violations
between Bawaslu, the Attorney General’s Office and the Police whoa are
members of Gakkumdu as the entry point for resolving Election Violations.
