BIMBINGAN DAN PENGAWASAN TERHADAP KLIEN YANG MENDAPATKAN PROGRAM ASIMILASI DI RUMAH DALAM RANGKA PENCEGAHAN DAN PENANGGULANAGAN PENYEBARAN COVID 19 DI WILAYAH KERJA BALAI PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS II KLATEN
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of guidance and
supervision of clients who get assimilation programs at home in order to prevent and
counter the spread of Covid 19 in Class II Klaten Correctional Center. Analyze the
obstacles faced by Community Supervisors in the implementation of guidance and
supervision of clients who get assimilation programs at home in order to prevent and
counter the spread of Covid 19 in Class II Klaten Correctional Center.
The Covid-19 pandemic with increasingly increasing casualties, impacting the
implementation of the judicial process in Indonesia. This also happens in the process
of guidance of correctional clients. During the Covid-19 pandemic the mentoring
process was carried out online. This is done in order to comply with the government's
call to implement physical restrictions (physical distancing) which is to maintain
physical distance between humans. The purpose of online guidance is to minimize the
risk of Covid-19 transmission. This action is considered effective enough to reduce the
crowd in one place including in terms of the implementation of guidance.
The method of approach in this writing is sociological juridical. The
specifications of this study use descriptive. Data sources use primary data and skunder
data. Data collection techniques use interview studies and document studies. To
analyze the data, researchers use qualitative descriptive analysis methods.
The implementation of guidance during the pandemic has more or less
undergone various changes. This is closely related to the highly restricted process of
direct interaction between clients and Bapas officers. During the pandemic, all stages
of the client mentoring process are carried out online (online). Guidance is done
regularly once a week through the whatsapp application. Correctional clients are
required to contact PK officers for guidance.
The obstacles faced by community supervisors in the implementation of
guidance and supervision of clients who get assimilation programs at home in order to
prevent and counter the spread of Covid 19 in Klaten Class II Correctional Center are
as follows: limited information (phone number and guarantor's home address), the
communication media (HP or smartphone) owned by the client, the lack of PK
discipline will be important in making a Development Report. Guidance, limited
understanding of Lapas-Rutan officers on the importance of assessment.
