PENGATURAN ORGANISASI KEMASYARAKATAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI KESBANGPOL KABUPATEN BOYOLALI

Abstract

This study aims to determine the organization of CBOs registered in the
Kesbangpol Boyolali regency based on Law Number 16 of 2017. This research is
an empirical juridical research that analyzes the problem by integrating legal
materials (which are secondary data with primary data obtained in the field ).
This research was conducted by reviewing the rules and literature
containing theoretical concepts which are then linked to the results of field
interviews.
Research results (1) The implementation of CBOs in accordance with Law
No. 16 of 2017 is carried out by the Kesbangpol Boyolali Regency through
monitoring and checking by the integrated team referred to as "monitoring and
evaluation" is early detection, early warning and early prevention; (2) Supervision
is carried out by an Integrated Team. Supervision by the integrated team is
expected to be able to minimize the phenomenon of CBOs that are not in
accordance with the provisions of the legislation and can achieve the objectives of
the supervision itself (3) New regulations related to SKT issuance regulations in
accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 57 of 2017
concerning the procedures for registration and information systems which before
the regulation of SKT issuance was initially carried out by the Provincial or
District / City Kesbangpol.
