Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Implementation of Law
Enforcement on the Management of State Confiscated Goods / State Confiscated
Goods in the House of Class I Confiscated State I Surakarta has gone well or not
and to find out any obstacles in Law Enforcement on Management of State
Confiscated Goods / Confiscated Goods Countries In Class I Confiscated State
Storage House Surakarta.
This research is a type of empirical / sociological legal research and
when viewed from the nature of the study, including descriptive research. The
location of the research was the Class I Confiscated State Storage House in
Surakarta. The type of data used includes primary data and secondary data. Data
collection techniques used are interviews, literature studies in the form of
legislation, books, journals and other documents that are relevant and related to
the writing of this law. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis.
The results of this study indicate that the Implementation of Law
Enforcement on the Management of State Confiscated Goods / State Confiscated
Goods in the House of Class I Confiscated State I Surakarta has been going well
with the fulfillment of legal substance aspects in the form of a set of rules
governing the management of state confiscated goods and state confiscated goods,
aspects of the legal structure with the formation of the composition and
organizational structure in the State Class I Confiscated Storage House in
Surakarta and the fulfillment of legal culture aspects involving the role of law
enforcement officials in the management of state confiscated goods and state
booty and there are still obstacles to Law Enforcement on the Management of
State Confiscated Goods / State Appropriation of Goods in the House of
Confiscation of Class I Confiscated State Surakarta in the form of an arrangement
for the time period for the confiscation of state confiscated goods, the echelon
level of the head of the Rupbasan office, the absence of experts certified in the
valuation ita, limited storage warehouses and no processing of state confiscated
goods entrusted by the requester.
