Abstract
Civil servant discipline regulations are a form of realizing civil servants who have moral integrity, professionalism and accountability. Civil servant discipline regulations are needed which can be used as guidelines in enforcing discipline. Enforcement of discipline can encourage civil servants to be more productive based on the career system and work performance system and moral integrity is a consideration in career development. This is a general explanation contained in PP 94/2021 which explains the importance of civil servant discipline rules. Enforcing civil servant discipline is something that must be carried out by every work unit, including the Madiun City Land Office. One of the disciplinary problems in the Madiun City Land Office environment is regarding working hours and work absences, therefore this research will review how PP 94/2021 is implemented in the Madiun City Land Office to curb disciplinary violations and look for the factors that cause disciplinary violations and find solutions to overcome the problem of disciplinary violations committed.
