Abstract
Village Fund Allocations are funds originating from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) with a minimum nominal value of 10% of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) and supplemented by Profit Sharing Funds (DBH). Meanwhile, Village Funds are funds that come from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN). Village Fund Allocations and Village Funds aim to finance programs in the field of development and empowerment of village communities.
The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) and Village Funds (DD) based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in the Doplang Village area, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency and to examine factors inhibiting the progress of development and community empowerment in Doplang Village, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency.
The approach method in this writing is the empirical juridical method, the specifications of this research use descriptive, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques include interviews, observation, documentation. The author's data analysis uses descriptive qualitative.
Implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) and Village Funds (DD) based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages in the Doplang Village area, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency is: That the implementation of Village Fund Allocation and Village Funds in the Doplang Village area, Karangpandan District , Karanganyar Regency is not yet fully in accordance with Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, Regulation of the Minister of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Permendes PDTT) Number 8 of 2022 concerning Priority Use of Village Funds in 2023, Factors inhibiting the progress of development and community empowerment in Doplang Village, Karangpandan District, Karanganyar Regency are as follows: lack of budget provided by the Government above the village regarding Village Fund Allocation (ADD), lack of community awareness to be willing to participate actively in the community development and empowerment process, lack of socialization that should be carried out by organizers of the Doplang Village Government to the people of Doplang Village, the Doplang Village Government is less transparent in providing information to the community.
