Abstract. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model in English language learning at Saint Hanna Kindergarten, Blitar City. The focus of this research is to increase students' understanding of vocabulary and simple sentence patterns in English through a problem-solving based approach. This study uses a case study method with observation, interviews and analysis of student learning outcomes. The research results show that implementing PBL increases students' active involvement, critical thinking skills, and their motivation in learning English. In conclusion, the PBL model can be an effective alternative in improving English language skills at the early childhood education level.
