Abstract. This study aims to address the issue of student tardiness at SMP Negeri 2 Sarang by implementing time management through the Problem Solving Discussion method. Observations indicated that around 20% of students were consistently late to school, which disrupted the teaching and learning process. This report describes the application of this strategy and evaluates its outcomes, as well as the expectation that this practice could serve as a reference for other schools facing similar issues.
