Abstract. This research aims to increase students' understanding in choosing a career after graduating from Vocational High School (SMK) through individual counseling guidance services using empathy counseling techniques and the use of digital media, such as YouTube videos and Google Forms. The method used is the STAR method (Situation, Challenges, Action, Reflection on Results and Impact) with a Person-Centered Therapy approach. The research results showed that students experienced increased understanding regarding career choices, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the steps that must be taken to achieve their career goals.
