Abstract. This research aims to improve learning outcomes for writing English dialogues and sentences through image media for class V students at SDN 4 Kampungdalem, Tulungagung Regency. This classroom action research (PTK) uses the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) method in two cycles. The research results show that the application of image media can increase student motivation and learning outcomes. The improvement can be seen from learning completeness which rose from 62.07% in cycle I to 85% in cycle II. Thus, the use of image media and project-based learning models is effective in improving students' English writing skills.
