Abstract. This research aims to increase student motivation and learning outcomes in Procedure Text material by applying the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model combined with innovative media in the form of YouTube and images. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of two cycles, where each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research results showed a significant increase in student motivation and learning outcomes in each cycle. The average student score increased from 71.66 in the initial condition to 79.79 in Cycle I and 83.33 in Cycle II, and classical completeness increased from 63% to 92%. These results indicate that the use of YouTube and pictures can improve students' understanding of procedural texts in English.
