Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement of time management understanding through group guidance using problem-solving techniques among 12th-grade TKJ students at SMK Kosgoro 2 Sragen for the 2022/2023 academic year. The research method used is Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) with 10 student subjects selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations, then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of time management after receiving group guidance using problem-solving techniques, as evidenced by an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.005 (<0.05). Thus, the hypothesis that "group guidance using problem-solving techniques can improve time management understanding" is accepted.
