Apart from that, this activity aims to train students to consciously always plan goals in the educational process and future life based on the CANI (Constant and Neverending Improvement) principle. This research activity was carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Tangen with the target class action being students in the transition to adulthood class (storming and drinking) which influenced their attitudes and behavior in learning. The techniques used in this research focus on developing effective, efficient and enjoyable learning skills to support students' academic success. This research was conducted in two cycles involving a pre-test and post-test to measure the effectiveness of the method applied. The research results show that proactive student tutoring methods can significantly improve students' understanding and academic achievement. The implications of the results of this research indicate that learning with a more interactive approach and involving active student involvement can be a better strategy in improving academic results.
