Abstrak

Grobbak Korea is one such MSME located in the city of Salatiga that requires guidance in leveraging social media and online platforms to enhance its digital marketing efforts. The main challenges faced include the suboptimal utilization of digital media and the lack of a consistent, targeted content strategy. Assistance activities were carried out from April 27, 2025, to June 9, 2025, focusing on the development of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. Grobbak Korea also promoted its products through a Website and Linktree. These efforts have proven to positively impact the MSME’s marketing effectiveness. Activities such as reactivating social media accounts, creating scheduled content, uploading product photos, and developing the website and Linktree successfully increased customer engagement. The rise in Instagram followers and the performance of TikTok video content demonstrate that social media serves as an effective digital marketing solution for MSMEs.
