Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze law enforcement
against Police Specialization Development Education students who commit
criminal acts, and to examine and analyze sanctions given to Police Specialization
Development Education students who commit criminal acts.
This research is motivated more and more here as technological
developments are more advanced, more and more violations with different modes
are carried out by students of specialization development education (Dikbangspes)
at this Community Development Education Center. According to data from the
student development division, violations in the last three years were dominated by
minor violations such as sleeping during class hours, being late for apples, until the
discovery of serious violations such as drug use.
The type of research used is a case study, the nature of the research is
descriptive with a qualitative approach. The subjects used were students of Police
Specialization Development Education at the Center for Community Development
Education and Training Institute for the Indonesian National Police. The technique
of taking the subject used snow ball sampling and purposive sampling. The
materials used are primary and secondary materials. Methods of data collection
using observation, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques with a
qualitative approach.
The results of the study show that the law enforcement process for students
of Police Specialist Development Education (Dikbangspes) Bintara Binmas Gel. 1
T.A. 2019 who committed a criminal offense in the case of a serious violation of
Perdupsis, on behalf of Miadi Wijayanto with a nosis 2019.04.008.199 2nd platoon
of BA POLMAS, originating from the dispatch of the Yogyakarta Special Region
Regional Police, namely based on legal facts both through witness statements,
information from the examinee, and goods proof. Sanctions given to Police
Specialization Development Education students who commit criminal acts are
punitive sanctions in the form of dismissal or expulsion from the teaching and
learning process at the National Police Specialist Development Education School
(Dikbangspes) Bintara Binmas for violating Perdupsis.
