Abstract

The purpose of this legal research is to examine the obstacles in the evidentiary
process in court and how the judges base their considerations in deciding a criminal
case in the form of a court decision handed down on a criminal case with the
defendant JUPRI by the Assembly. The judge of the Sleman District Court, who
was legally proven and believed that the judge had violated the crime of ITE
(prostitution through electronic media) in which there was an element of intent.
