TINDAKAN POLRI DALAM MENANGGULANGI TINDAK PIDANA PENCURIAN DENGAN KEKERASAN DIWILIYAH HUKUM POLRES BAUBAU

Abstract

In a society that increasingly demands the application of the principles of Good
Governance (good governance), it may not be an exaggeration to raise this
question. Since Polri is a state apparatus, the final responsibility is to the owner of
the sovereignty, namely the entire Indonesian people. In the context of good
governance, the National Police should follow the principles of being accountable,
transparent, respecting equality, obeying the law and being democratic. If in the
past the National Police's responsibility to the ABRI Commander and later the
New Order Ruler, this is understandable because the democracy that was meant at
that time was limited pluralism.
With the following problems: How are the Qualifications of Violent Crimes
Committed by Children in the View of Criminal Law in the Legal Area of the

research method used is Juridical Normative research concluded that the criminal

based on positive law in the Legal area of the Baubau Police and Polri policies in
dealing with criminal acts of theft with violence in the future The role / actions of
the Police in overcoming the criminal act of theft with violence in the jurisdiction
of the Baubau Police For the role / actions of the Police in handling criminal acts
of theft with violence it can be seen that the actions of the Baubau Police in
handling the crime of theft with violence in the future is in addition to maintaining
the procedures (Permanent Program), namely Patrol, Chain, Jartup, Police, Serse,
Panther Team, early detection, handling of crime scenes and case titles until the
case is revealed.
